How long will it take to receive my order?

We need 1-2 weeks to process your order, check the quality of our products and arrange free delivery. We strive to get your package to you as quickly as possible, without ever compromising the quality of our products.

Can I track my order?

Of course! You can contact us by e-mail to track your order.

Tracking says my package was delivered, but I haven't received anything. Is this normal?

Don't worry, this can happen if you ordered more than one item. Items are sometimes shipped separately depending on available inventory and shipping warehouses. You will receive the rest of your articles in the following days.

How much does delivery cost and where do you deliver?

What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

If you find that an item is missing from your order, contact us immediately by e-mail. We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly and send you the missing product.

I haven't received my order

If you have a problem with your order, we take care of the disputes for you with our 100% secure delivery. We take care of everything personally and we undertake to send you a new package immediately at our expense.

I don't live in Europe

Deliveries made outside of Europe can take up to a month from the day of the order in order to remain financially accessible to you.
